MilestoneGrad is a customer-facing graduation-products brand operated by Class of Recognition, Inc., based in Poway, California. 2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account on this site. Users under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian review and agree to these Terms on their behalf before placing an order or creating an account.

By creating an account, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and current, and that you will maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders placed through MilestoneGrad are subject to availability and acceptance. Class of Recognition, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order, including in cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, payment problems, or suspected fraud.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payment is due at the time of order placement using one of the payment methods made available at checkout.

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout where required by law.

4. Sizing and the Perfect Fit Guarantee

We offer a Perfect Fit Guarantee on standard, non-customized caps and gowns. If your item does not fit according to the measurements you provided at the time of order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue through an exchange or store credit.

Please review the sizing information provided during ordering carefully. We are not responsible for sizing issues caused by inaccurate measurements submitted by the customer. Refund and exchange eligibility for sizing issues is subject to our Refund & Returns Policy.

5. Third-Party Manufacturing, Fulfillment & External Purchases

Many products available through MilestoneGrad are manufactured or fulfilled by third-party product suppliers. As a result:

  • Manufacturing and delivery timelines may vary by product, supplier, and season.
  • Some orders may be delivered to a partner school for distribution rather than shipped directly to your home.
  • Product specifications, colors, materials, and availability may change based on supplier availability.
  • Products in the same order may be produced or shipped separately.

Some products may link you to an external partner website to complete your purchase. A transaction completed on another website is between you and that seller and is subject to that seller’s checkout terms, shipping terms, privacy policy, and return or refund policy.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped or distributed according to the terms in our Shipping & Manufacturing Policy. Delivery timing may be affected by manufacturing schedules, shipping carriers, weather, school distribution schedules, and other circumstances outside our direct control.

Any stated delivery estimates or on-time commitments are subject to the conditions described in the Shipping & Manufacturing Policy.

7. Returns and Refunds

Please review our Refund & Returns Policy for complete eligibility requirements, timeframes, and return instructions.

  • Standard, non-customized caps and gowns may generally be returned within 30 days of delivery if they remain unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items generally cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturer defect.
  • A Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required before sending a return.

8. School-Coordinated Orders

Some orders are placed or fulfilled in coordination with a partner school. For school-coordinated orders:

  • Additional school-specific deadlines or ordering requirements may apply.
  • Orders may be distributed at the school rather than shipped directly to the customer.
  • Cancellation or modification options may be limited once production has begun.

Contact us as early as possible if you need to change a school-coordinated order.

9. Intellectual Property

Content on milestonegrad.com — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and original product or website content — is owned by Class of Recognition, Inc. or its respective content suppliers and may be protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from protected site content without appropriate permission.

School names, logos, mascots, and other school identifiers remain the property of their respective institutions. Their appearance on MilestoneGrad does not transfer ownership of those marks to Class of Recognition, Inc.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to use this site to:

  • Submit false, fraudulent, or unauthorized orders
  • Engage in unlawful activity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
  • Transmit malicious code or intentionally interfere with site functionality
  • Impersonate another person or entity

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Class of Recognition, Inc. disclaims warranties, express or implied, to the extent legally permitted, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CLASS OF RECOGNITION, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THIS SITE OR PRODUCTS. To the extent permitted by law, total liability for a claim arising from a specific order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted to this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the site after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
