2. Eligibility and Accounts

3. Orders and Payment
All orders placed through milestonegrad.com are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

4. Sizing and the Perfect Fit Guarantee
We offer a Perfect Fit Guarantee on standard (non-customized) caps and gowns. If your item does not fit according to the measurements you provided at the time of order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue through an exchange or store credit.
Please review our sizing guide carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for sizing issues resulting from inaccurate measurements submitted by the customer. Refund and exchange eligibility for sizing issues is subject to our Refund and Return Policy.
5. Products Sourced Through Jostens
Many of the graduation regalia products available through milestonegrad.com are manufactured and fulfilled by Jostens, Inc., our product supplier. As a result:
- Manufacturing and delivery timelines are subject to Jostens’ production schedules, which vary by product and season.
- Some orders will be delivered to your partner school for distribution rather than shipped directly to your home address.
- Product specifications, colors, and availability are subject to Jostens’ catalog and may be updated without notice.

6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped according to the terms in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, Jostens’ manufacturing schedules, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. On-time delivery commitments are subject to the terms stated in the Shipping Policy.
7. Returns and Refunds
Please review our Refund and Return Policy for full details on eligibility, timeframes, and process. Key points:
- Standard (non-customized) caps and gowns may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unworn, original condition.
- Customized or personalized items — including engraved class rings, custom-printed announcements, and items with school-specific embroidery or colors — are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
8. School Partnership Orders
Some orders are placed through our school partnership program in coordination with a partner high school. In those cases:
- Additional terms or deadlines provided by the school may apply.
- Orders may be distributed at the school rather than shipped directly to you.
- Cancellation and modification policies may differ for school-coordinated orders — contact us as early as possible if you need to make changes.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on milestonegrad.com — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and product designs — is the property of Milestone Grad Services or its content suppliers and is protected by US copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.
School names, logos, and mascots displayed on our site are the property of their respective institutions and are used with permission or under applicable license for graduation product fulfillment purposes only.
10. User Conduct
You agree not to use this site to:
- Submit false, fraudulent, or unauthorized orders
- Engage in any unlawful activity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or accounts

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
