Your product’s Estimated Delivery Time is determined by its Manufacturing Time plus its Delivery Time. Manufacturing times vary by product.

SHIPPING / DELIVERY TIME

• Standard delivery times:
  • U.S. Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days.
  • U.S. Express Shipping: 1-2 business days.
  • APO/FPO, U.S. Territories, International Standard: 2-3 weeks.
  • APO/FPO, U.S. Territories, International Express: 1-2 weeks.
  • Canadian Standard Shipping: 3-10 business days.

Shipping to PO Boxes: Please note that we do not offer shipping to PO Boxes for the following products:

• Graduation Announcements
• Graduation Caps & Gowns
• Diploma Frames
• Jackets

Combined Shipping: Your shipping rate is determined by the highest standard rate for your order’s products. For example, if you order a [Product 1] (Shipping Rate = $12.00) and a [Product 2] (Shipping Rate = $21.95), you will be charged $21.95 to ship your entire order. Please be aware that products may ship and arrive separately based on varying manufacturing times.

MANUFACTURING TIMES BY PRODUCT

HIGH SCHOOL ANNOUNCEMENTS & ACCESSORIES SHIPPING DETAILS

• MANUFACTURING & DELIVERY: Typically, your announcements will be delivered by your sales representative if you ordered between August and November. Otherwise, in most cases, your shipment will arrive 2-3 weeks from the date we receive your order if your school’s large group order has already shipped. Standard shipping rates vary.

APPAREL AND ACCESSORIES

• MANUFACTURING & DELIVERY: If your order was placed during the Fall in-school ordering period (approximately August through November), items shipping to your home should arrive within 3 weeks of your online order date. If you placed your order after the in-school order deadline, your order will be released for manufacturing once your school’s large group order has shipped. Once released, manufacturing takes approximately 10 business days plus shipping. You will receive a shipment notification when your order is on its way.

LETTER JACKET FAQ

• MANUFACTURING / DELIVERY TIMING: Your custom letter jacket will take 8-10 weeks to manufacture from your online order date and is shipped standard freight via UPS. Shipments to Alaska and Military Schools are made via USPS.

• Standard delivery times:

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: 5 – 7 business days.
