How many announcements do I need?
We recommend sending announcements to everyone you want to share your accomplishment with. Our graduation packages include a small quantity of announcements, but you can easily add more to suit your needs.
Do I have to purchase a cap and gown unit?
Yes, all students attending the commencement ceremony must wear a cap and gown. It’s also a great keepsake. If you decide not to purchase a graduation package or class jewelry, you can purchase the cap and gown separately. Please order on time to avoid late processing and shipping fees.
Can I make changes or cancel my order?
Changes and cancellations can be made within 7 days of your order, but pre-delivered items cannot be returned. Be sure to double-check your order for accuracy.
Can I choose the color of the gown?
At this time, we offer a standard gown color. If your school has multiple gown colors based on GPA, please contact your school or our customer support for guidance on gown color selection.
What if I miss my order date?
Orders will be accepted online at www.jostens.com or by calling 1-800-JOSTENS (567-8367) through December 10, but late fees will apply after the last in-school order day.
When is my balance due?
If you make a down payment, you’ll receive invoices for the remaining balance by email on a monthly basis. We ask that the final payment is made by March 15th.
