This notice describes our practices regarding the collection of personal information from or about children under the age of 13, as required by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), 15 U.S.C. § 6501 et seq., and the FTC’s COPPA Rule, 16 C.F.R. Part 312.
Our Policy on Children Under 13
Milestone Grad’s website is designed for high school students — typically ages 14 through 18 — and their parents, guardians, and families.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent. We do not allow children under 13 to register for an account or complete a purchase independently.
We also use Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics on our site, both of which may collect browsing data. We do not knowingly direct these tools at children under 13, and we do not use collected data to build advertising profiles of users we know to be under 13.
If Your Student Is Under 13
Graduation orders for students under the age of 13 must be placed by a parent or legal guardian. If you are a parent completing an order on behalf of a child under 13, please follow these steps:
- Create the account using the parent’s or guardian’s name and contact information — do not register the child as the account holder
- Enter the student’s sizing and school information only within the designated order fields
- Complete the payment and checkout process yourself as the responsible adult
Parental Rights Under COPPA
If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe your child under 13 has submitted personal information to us without your consent, please contact us immediately:

Upon receiving a verified parental request, we will:

- Stop collecting any further personal information from your child
- Delete any personal information collected without verifiable parental consent, subject to any legal retention obligations
We will not condition a child’s participation in any activity or the purchase of any product on providing more personal information than is reasonably necessary.
