This page supplements our Privacy Policy and applies specifically to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.100 et seq.
Your California Privacy Rights
1. Right to Know
You may request information about:
- The categories of personal information we have collected about you
- The specific pieces of personal information we hold about you
- The categories of sources from which we collected it
- Our business or commercial purposes for collecting or sharing it
- The categories of third parties with whom we share your information
2. Right to Delete
You may request that we delete personal information we have collected from you. Some exceptions apply — for example, we are required to retain order and financial records for 7 years under California tax and business record-keeping requirements.
3. Right to Correct
You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you. You may also update your information directly at milestonegrad.com/my-account.
4. Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary compensation.
However, we do use Facebook Pixel on our website. The Facebook Pixel shares certain browsing behavior and conversion data with Meta (Facebook) for advertising measurement and targeting purposes. Under the CPRA, this may qualify as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising — even though no money changes hands.
To opt out of this sharing:

- Via Facebook: Visit facebook.com/settings → “Ad Preferences” → “Ad Settings” → toggle off “Data about your activity from partners”

5. Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information
We only collect sensitive personal information to the extent necessary to process your orders and provide our services. We do not use sensitive personal information for secondary commercial purposes.
6. Right to Non-Discrimination
We will not deny you products or services, charge you different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised any of your California privacy rights.

We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and provide a substantive response within 45 days. If we need additional time (up to 90 days total), we will notify you in writing with the reason for the extension.
To verify your identity, we may ask you to confirm information associated with your account or order.
Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. We will require written authorization signed by you, or a valid power of attorney, before acting on a request from an authorized agent. We may also contact you directly to verify the request.
